Get dialed in on your target accounts with Favorites

In this product update, we introduce Favorites: a new feature that allow sales reps to favorite target accounts and users and hide the ones that aren’t relevant so they can focus on what's going to help them hit their number.

Our goal is to make Endgame work for sales reps as a simple but powerful part of their daily workflow. That means we need to build features that make our rep’s lives easier and help them focus on the accounts and users that matter.

With this in mind, we’re excited to introduce Favorites:  a new feature that allow sales reps to favorite target accounts and users and hide the ones that aren’t relevant.

How successful customers use Favorites

Monitoring champions and power users in target accounts
Customer success and sales teams use Favorites to monitor champions and power users in target accounts, whether during the evaluation phase or during onboarding to ensure everyone is getting to value in the product.

Monitoring account health for high value accounts
Customer success teams or sales reps use Favorites to monitor account health, either to detect and prevent churn or identify upsell opportunities for high value accounts.

Hiding test accounts, partners, or duplicates
Sales reps can use Hiding to remove test accounts, partners, or duplicates from views so the only thing they see are the accounts and users that matter.

How to use Favorites in Endgame

Favorities can be used for both accounts and individual users. First, let’s start with how to use this feature for accounts.

Favorites is represented in Endgame as a star button in the Details View section for each account. To Favorite an account, simply select an account from any view and click the star.

The account will then automatically be added to your “Favorite Accounts” view on the left hand sidebar.

Adding an individual user to your ‘Favorite Users’ view is just as easy. First, go to a User-based view and find the user that you want to Favorite. Then, click on the star and it will be added to your ‘Favorite Users’ view.

In addition to favoriting, reps also need a way to hide users or accounts that aren’t relevant. This can happen for a variety of reasons, whether it’s duplicate data, a legacy account, or even a partner.

To hide an account or user, instead of clicking on the star, select the three dot menu just to the right and click on ‘Hide Account’ or ‘Hide User’. This will remove the account or user from your views. However, they will still be discoverable if searched.
