Introducing a new live chat feature in app that allows users to reach out to the Endgame team to build plays, configure views, and unlock new use cases.

We love to be connected to our customers, and we’ve used Slack in the past as the primary means to communicate with amazing reps, managers, and RevOps customers. But not everyone is in Slack, and sometimes you just want an easy way to get the answers you’re looking for.

That’s why we added a new live chat feature in the Endgame app that makes it easy for users to reach out to our Success team.

P.S. We’ll still use shared slack channels for broader team comms :)

Reaching the Endgame team is super simple. After logging in, you’ll find a blue circle with the Endgame logo in the lower right corner of the Endgame app.

Within the live chat module, there are 3 ways to connect:

  1. Messages: Reference or re-engage in previous conversations
  2. Send us a message: Start a new conversation
  3. Endgame Docs: Jump to Endgame documentation

When you can find us

We’re there for you! But we’re also human beings that need a minute to make the coffee in the morning. You can reach us via live chat from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by Endgame.

We’ll always have someone on call during these times and will respond to your message as soon as possible, but at most 2 hours from the original point of contact.
