Million dollar meetings

Scale AI's deals are worth tens of millions of dollars. There are no throwaway demos or exploratory calls. Every customer interaction has to be a home run.

"Every meeting at Scale is extremely high stakes—each could be worth tens of millions. Synthesizing all our account context and validating our strategy through Endgame before walking in is critical."

Julio Bermudez, Global VP of GTM, Enterprise

Preparing for these complex meetings required coordinating feedback across engineering, product, engagement management, and sales teams. It was exhaustive, manual, and impossible to scale with deal complexity.

For most companies, adopting a revenue intelligence platform is straightforward. For Scale AI, a leader in AI training data and model evaluation, it was more nuanced. "I wanted something that was AI native that could compete with something I could build using our pretty advanced AI team," Bermudez explains.

They had the technical capability to build it themselves. The real question was strategic: build or buy? Endgame’s AI-native architecture made the answer clear. Instead of diverting valuable engineering time toward maintaining another internal system, Scale could deploy a purpose-built platform that delivered advanced intelligence directly from their own knowledge base without sacrificing speed, quality, or control.

Synthesizing what used to take hours

Scale’s GTM leaders now use Endgame to unify the cross-functional context that once took hours to coordinate.

In one example, Bermudez asked Endgame how to pitch to a specific customer stakeholder. The system connected three of Scale's value propositions directly to comments that stakeholder had made in a meeting months earlier, complete with source citations. "For me to be able to actually go to a system and take all of that work, present it to Endgame and have it actually give me valuable feedback on it is non-trivial," Bermudez notes.

For account managers, Endgame delivers clarity in complexity. "What we ask of our account managers is to deliver on a very complex ask in a really complex market," says Jack McAuliffe, Principal, Business Operations and Strategy. "Endgame helps distill it into something very actionable." Teams are now implementing automated daily and weekly briefings to stay informed on account developments, map expansion opportunities, and identify whitespace without manual research or reports.

"It makes us faster and sharper. It pulls live context and turns messy account data into very clear actions."

— Jack McAuliffe, Principal, Business Operations and Strategy

The difference between ChatGPT and Endgame was night and day. Bermudez had been using ChatGPT for meeting prep, but Endgame’s grounding in actual conversations, emails, and deal history produced richer, more precise insights. It was enough to move his entire workflow to Endgame.

Beyond productivity, the platform is helping Scale codify what works. "You can take templates and routines and we can roll it out across the org with light admin," McAuliffe explains. "As we're in this emerging space, that is invaluable."

This matters particularly for Scale's complex, consultative sales process. Rather than each rep developing their own approach to high-stakes deals, the team will be able to ensure consistent execution of proven strategies across the organization.

What comes next

Scale sees Endgame as foundational to their GTM evolution. Their vision is to "completely up level our go to market and delivery functions" by making account intelligence central to how their organization operates.

They’re now expanding Endgame beyond core sales. By connecting real-time account intelligence through Slack and rolling out automated briefings to executive sponsors, they can ensure every stakeholder in a complex deal has the context they need without adding manual coordination overhead.

"We can codify what works and roll it out across the org with light admin. As we're in this emerging space, that is invaluable.”

— Jack McAuliffe, Principal, Business Operations and Strategy

Next, the team is exploring how Endgame can become a unified interface for all sales enablement content, eliminating the friction of switching between systems and ensuring enablement materials are always presented within relevant account context.

For Scale, the opportunity isn’t just efficiency. It’s transformation: giving every GTM team member the same level of sophisticated, contextualized intelligence that once took hours—so every meeting, no matter the size, has the precision needed for million-dollar deals.
