Following conversion trends allows you insight into patterns which shape your PLG process. We have created a unique view into conversions events allowing you to not only see this data aggregated by signal strength but also over time in a unique historical graph giving you insight into the broader trend.
We’ve introduced duplicate functionality so you can quickly make copies of views and tweak their configuration. Filters, permissions, sort, and configured columns are all copied over to the duplicated view.
Quickly remove unwanted duplicates, experiments, or views you just don’t want around anymore.

Now you can tailor Endgame to match the language you use to describe your business. By default we use the language “Accounts”, but if your business uses another term for that concept, like “Domain” or “Workspace”, you can view the app in those terms. Contact our customer success team if you’d like to take advantage of this feature.
Depending on their workflow, salespeople may want to see accounts, workspaces, or organizations grouped under a higher-level umbrella, like a domain stored in your CRM. Now, you can see your views grouped by whatever concept makes the most sense for your business. If you’d like to take advantage of this feature, please contact our Customer Success team.
We just released our segment milestone editor allowing users to define the very milestones which shape how a segment should behave. This is done by navigating to the Segments page and selecting [edit] from the list of existing milestones or if none exit select the "Edit Segment" button on the top right. You will be shown a list of fields. Clicking the checkbox on the left will allow you to input a numeric value. Once you have completed the process navigate back to an account view within that segment and you will see the new milestone listed in the milestones column.

This week we released a few new fields in Endgame that demonstrate how an entity’s signal strength has changed over time. The new fields show the percent change in signal strength between an entity 1, 7, or 30 days ago as compared to now and can be added to account or user views. These fields, in conjunction with the current signal strength field, can be instrumental in determining how engagement is trending over time.

This week we launched our Segments page, which provides insight into what constitutes a Segment. Specifically, you can see the Filters which define scope, stats on total users and accounts and the Signal and Milestone configuration. This gives deeper insight into the specific configuration of each Segment and lays the groundwork for a configurable version of this page.

Previously, only activity counts could be milestones. With this change, any numeric field can be used in milestones.

We now support the ability to for customers to add Salesforce sync action buttons to user and account views. After updating the org configuration with which fields to sync on a per segment basis, buttons will appear in an action box on the View Details pane. If a Salesforce object has been connected for the selected entity, you may click the button to trigger a sync of the configured data to your Salesforce organization. One button may update many fields at once and data can be sent to Account, User, or Lead entities. Data sent can either be pulled from a field in Endgame or set to an override value, including any static text, the current user's email, or a current timestamp. This feature enables visibility, allowing users that are accustomed to reviewing their data in Salesforce to include Endgame data in their existing process.
We now support the ability to configure the See All Users view seen from within an Account View. This includes the ability to configure and persist sorts, column headers and sidebar fields and signals.

We now support the ability to add custom columns to the account view. An editor allows you to select from a number of account scoped fields with a maximum of five columns. Currently we default the view to contain three fields: Account Name, Milestones and Signal Strength. This feature gives users the ability to surface pertinent account information underscoring characteristics which drive deeper insights.

We now support the concept of Admin and User (Non-Admin) level users. With this support, we now support Admin users configuring the permissions of a view to restrict who may see it. You can further set a view to be shared with everyone easily with a slider. This will make the view available both to all current and any future users. No need to go back and add new users!
As a first step towards fully configurable filters, we've added the ability for admins to edit the value of signal strength filters on their existing views. As an admin, you can now tweak those filters (for example, changing Signal Strength > Fair to Signal Strength ≥ Good) and see the accounts in your view update accordingly.

If we have the title for a user, it will be displayed on the user details pane.
Includes the ability to filter on signal strength. User signals are not normalized across different segments but are assessed across all users.
On account views, we now support paging (w/ 100 count pages).
Accounts and Users can be filtered on the currently logged in Endgame User's email address.
We separated out the concept of signal strength from segments, so that a segment is now data related to the account type & journey, like "Enterprise", and users see views with signal strength filters on those segments, eg "Enterprise Churn Risk" would have a Signal Strength < Fair on the Enterprise segment. There is very little change in the UI. Most notably with this change, Signal Strength is normalized across all accounts, not per segment.

The milestone indicator now gives you a visual indication of how far along a milestone is (in quarterly portions).
User Views may now be filtered by Signal Badge. Eg: "Show all Power Users." (July 22)
Users and Accounts may now be filtered on Signals (count of activity).
