Become an AI-native GTM organization

It starts with what sits underneath your tools: one governed context layer that puts every person and agent on the same facts.

“We’re on a mission to be an AI-native company and Endgame has been a huge accelerant.”
Jordan Van Horn · Co-founder & COO

AI-native GTM is built on four foundations

What every revenue organization needs in place, whichever AI tools it uses.

One shared context, so people and agents get consistent answers

AI-native organizations work from one understanding of every account and deal. A single context layer combines all your data and sits underneath each interface your team uses.

Answers your team can trust: current, complete, and cited

Good answers do more than avoid hallucinations. They draw on every source, know your business, and show the facts behind them, so people don’t second-guess them.

Where does NVIDIA stand?

NVIDIA Q4 deal

On track to close this quarter. The platform-tier renewal is on schedule for March 12[1] and confidence is high: the security review closed early and procurement has the paperwork[2].

The buying committee is invested, with four stakeholders active in the last two weeks[3], and your champion, Ravi Mehta, has strong influence over the decision[4].

Recommendation
Run the executive sponsor playbook, with Dana Whitfield.

Centralize how AI is used, from governance to visibility

Set the rules, knowledge, and permissions for AI at the context layer, then trace how your people and agents use it.

Questions & answers

Answers to what teams ask us most.

No. Endgame is agent-agnostic. Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, and the agents you’ve built keep working; they just start drawing from the same context graph.

Prototyping is easy. A production context layer is not. It has to resolve identities across sources, reconcile conflicting facts, keep every answer current and permissioned, and hold cost down at scale. It also has to evolve as your sources and tools change. Endgame is that layer, already built and maintained.

Revenue sources first: Salesforce, call recordings, email, Slack, docs, and your warehouse. Where your team works: Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, the Endgame app, the CLI, and your own agents and apps over MCP or API. See the current list in the integration docs. Don’t see a tool you rely on? Tell us and we can usually build the integration fast.

Connect CRM and calls, and your team gets cited answers in Slack and Claude within days. The usual path: set up the integrations and ingest your sources, run a tiger team for a week or two to work through the nuances, then move as fast or as slow as you want. Run it yourself, or have our forward-deployed engineers lead it with you.

Answers follow the permissions you already have in place. Every agent session is traced, we never train on your data, and Endgame is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
